Our digital printing has a new centrepiece: the Canon imagePRESS V1000. At well over six and a half metres long, it is no ordinary digital press but a complete production line – from paper stack to finished, bound booklet.
From sheet to finished booklet in a single pass
What makes our configuration special is its integrated finishing: the booklet finisher folds and staples, face trimming and three-side trimming ensure clean edges, and the Squarefold spine flattening gives every booklet a flat, high-quality spine – almost like perfect binding. What used to take several steps and machines now runs inline. That saves time, handling and ultimately costs for our customers.

- Multi-Drawer PaperDeck with vacuum technology – reliable paper feeding, even with coated and heavy stocks
- Multi-purpose feeder up to 1,300 mm banner format – for extra-long formats such as banners, covers and leporellos
- Double-sheet detection with automatic ejection – faulty sheets are detected and diverted before they reach the product
- Cooling unit and sensing unit – for consistent quality and flatness from the first sheet to the last
- Fiery / PRISMA RIP technology – precise colour management and seamless integration into our workflow
- Booklet finisher with face and three-side trimming plus Squarefold – finished booklets straight off the press
