AI Trainer & Consultant (m/f/d)

Train companies on their journey into the AI era

Your responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering AI training sessions for companies across various industries
  • Advising clients on building AI-assisted workflows and processes
  • Creating and maintaining training materials, workshops and online courses
  • Guiding companies through AI adoption – from strategy to implementation
  • Close collaboration with our KI Force team and product development
  • Representing Kastner at trade fairs and customer events

Your profile

  • Enthusiasm for AI technologies and their practical application in a business environment
  • Experience in training, coaching or adult education is an advantage
  • Knowledge of AI tools: ChatGPT, Midjourney, n8n, Make or similar
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Willingness to make occasional on-site client visits (Bavaria and nationwide)
  • Independent working style and strong self-motivation
